Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and authentication credentials (processed securely by Appwrite). When you purchase a course we store the order details required for billing and refunds — amount, currency, order id, and payment id — but never your card number, UPI handle, or bank details. Payment information is processed entirely by Razorpay.

We use your data to: provide and manage your account and purchased courses; record course progress so you can resume anywhere; process payments, refunds and support requests; and improve the product through aggregate, non-personal analytics.

We absolutely do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

We collect minimal event data (page views, lesson completions, downloads) with no personal details attached unless you are logged in, in which case events are tied only to your account id. Payment amounts and card details are never part of analytics events.

Account data is kept until you request deletion. Purchase records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years). You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting support; note that purchased-course access will end irrevocably when your account is deleted. We reserve the right to retain certain data as necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

You can update your name and bio from your profile settings, and request export or deletion of your data via support. You may also sign out of all sessions from your settings page.

This platform runs on Appwrite (authentication, database, storage) and uses Razorpay for payment processing. YouTube embeds may load when you visit the YouTube section. Each service has its own privacy policy; we only share the absolute minimum data required for the service to function. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
