Terms of Service

RunTimeFix provides digital educational content: courses, videos, a book, and related materials ("Content"). By creating an account, accessing the site, or purchasing Content, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 13 years old to use the service. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Course purchases are one-time (or as otherwise listed) and grant a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to the course version purchased. Access may be revoked only for violation of these terms. We may update course content over time; updates do not create a new purchase obligation.

Any book once purchased is final sale and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

You may stream and, where provided, download Content solely for your personal, non-commercial study. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or create derivative commercial works from our Content. Sharing paid-course access or account credentials with others is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate access revocation without refund, and potential legal action.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. You authorise us to charge the listed price at checkout. In the event of a chargeback, fraudulent payment dispute, or payment reversal, your account will be permanently terminated. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover funds lost to fraudulent chargebacks.

The book and YouTube content are provided free of charge. We may change, discontinue, or update free content at any time without notice or liability to you.

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape protected content, interfere with the service, or use automated tools in violation of rate limits. We take the security of course content seriously and will pursue civil and criminal penalties for misuse.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee exam results, job offers, contest outcomes, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RUNTIMEFIX, ITS AFFILIATES, AND INSTRUCTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RunTimeFix and its personnel from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration, rather than in court. YOU AND RUNTIMEFIX AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
